Store Manager: Based in Perisher store; this is a full time (min. 4 days per week - including weekend work) store-based role including coordination and processing of all lesson & hire bookings, coordinating with the Jindabyne management team re: staffing, etc. You will be in-store, not in an office, so you will be face to face with customers therefore fantastic customer service & organizational skills are a must! Experience with cross country equipment advantageous but not necessary for the right applicant willing to learn.

You must be proficient with cash handling, end of day processes, and be computer savvy. Previous bookings management highly desirable.

Nordic Instructors: We are currently seeking APSI qualified Level 1 & 2 Nordic Instructors. Full, Part time & casual positions available based out of our Perisher store.

Experienced nordic instructor to teach both classical and skating technique; coaching experience would be advantageous.
Position is full time 4-5 days per week with extra work available around interschools time. You will be required to also work in the hire if required during quiet times unless you wish to be employed on an on-call basis.

Back Country Guides: Full time, part time & casual positions available to lead tours in Alpine Touring, Telemark and snowshoeing - experience in all 3 would be great but we do take on specialist guides.

As we are a small business there is some crossover with the retail and hire facets of the business in quieter times so an all rounder is essential!
Experience in back country skiing, navigation and avalanche safety required. Basic first aid or Wilderness First Aid or willingness to obtain these qualifications.
Previous guiding experience preferred although we will provide training for the right candidate.

Workshop Technician: 4-5 days per week with availability to work weekends, experience in binding mounts for Alpine Touring, Telemark & Nordic is an advantage. You are also required to service all hire equipment, this includes: snowshoes, tents, backpacks, boots, etc.
You will also be required to help out with hires and general retail duties as well when required.

Retail & Hire Staff: Full time & part time positions available. A general knowledge in back country and cross country skiing is an advantage. A basic knowledge of outdoor equipment is essential.

We are a specialist store located in the Snowy Mountains, established in 1977.
We focus on all things back country including alpine touring, nordic, telemark, and snowshoeing.
